Why do you need to reset your activation code ? If you have changed your hardware (computer / hard disc) or reformatted your hard disc then you initial Request Key will be different from the one used to activate earlier. So when you reinstall BT2012 in the new computer, hard disc or formatted hard disc, the earlier activated Activation Code will not work any more. You need to Reset the activation on the web with the new Request Key.
You must get ready the following before doing the reset.
1. Your CD-Key
2. Your new Request Key from BT2012
